Meet Peter! He is a 2 year old black (tricolor as he has gray/white/brown running through his coat,) purebred toy Pomeranian. His weighs aprox. around 6 lbs, and as soon I have his exact weight I'll update this post.
He is set to be neutered in the coming week, and will also be brought current on all vaccines, microchipped, thourely examined, and cleared by our vet prior to adoption.
We would love to secure him a home and family all his own for when he is ready to leave us ❤️
He is house trained, and is really great about going outside to potty but he is always accompanied by someone due to his small size, and the wildlife we have in the area. He has a very courageous little spirit and is not afraid of the big birds/hawks we have and will gladly run and bark at them as they fly above so we have to make sure he is always protected and kept a very close eye on. He understands pads, but we don't use them with him as he really loves and prefers the outdoors which is fine by us. He is crate trained, and currently sleeps in his crate at night, or to nap during the day. He is leash trained, and loves his walks. He loves being held to, and will come running to you jumping in your arms just yo be snuggled. He has amazing recall, and it doesn't matter where he is, the second you call him he always comes straight to you.
He LOVES to play with his bouncy balls and will throw them up into the air and chase them. He loves to run and play fetch too, but doesn't always bring it back 😂 He is a total goofball, so full of life, and charisma. He is spunky, FUN, and outgoing. He LOVES everyone he meets (men, women, and children alike.) He is amazing with other dogs, and cats alike and truly wants to be everyone's friend. He is NOT shy at all, and loves to be right at the center of his persons world however he can. He is also wildly independent and will keep himself happy anyway he can if you are busy tending to other things. He is not high maintenance and very easy going. He is adventurous, and always looking for something to bring joy to 🙃
He does have an off switch too! So yes, while crazy in love with life, he also loves the calmness it brings, where he can find a fave toy and bring it to his comfy bed or in his persons lap and just be still enjoying the moment he is in with the person he loves the most ❤️
He is also amazing at the groomers. And LOVES road trips so he would make the absolute best travel buddy there ever was ❤️
Adoption fee is set at 1500, which will cover his neuter, microchip/registration, general anesthesia, exam with our vet, grooming costs, time, care, and training since with us. Additional costs will be added if anything in addition to the above is needed such as a dental cleaning. His post will be updated after he is neutered so make sure to check back ❤️
