Leo turns 6 in January of 2024. He weighs 13 lbs, and yes he is full grown. He is a Maltese mix. Yes, he is hypoallergenic.
He is neutered, microchipped, current on vaccines, had a dental cleaning done at time of his neuter, along with blood work that all came back great.
His overall physical exam went great with our vet, and he has been cleared to find a home.
He is crate trained and sleeps in a crate every single night. He is house trained. He is leash trained and loves walks. He rides perfect in the car. He is great with all dogs and cats. He is very submissive by nature and has no problem getting along with other animals.
His past owner unfortunately passed away, and she lived a very sheltered life with Leo in the last few years of her life as she was on home care, then on hospice. He is the absolute sweetest dog you will meet, but he is very shy, and reserved. He will need time to decompress, and feel at home, and most importantly welcomed so we are looking for a very patient, kind, sweet, loving, and understanding human to call his own. He loves to dance, and will dance and dance for treats. He gets so excited when we get to spend undivided attention on just him and we know he is missing a companion tremendously since the loss of his human mom.
